Pre-production in action: identifying challenges before we begin
Pre-production is where we set the stage for smooth execution—and our experience with projects like Green Man Festival and Future Forest for Forestry England proves that planning is key. On Green Man, we orchestrate everything from sourcing sustainable materials to ensuring seamless integration of temporary installations across a large, dynamic festival site. Our pre-production work makes sure every piece arrives on time and within budget, allowing us to deliver epic, site-specific installations that fit perfectly with the festival's ethos.
For Future Forest, a more complex multi-phase installation, we coordinated the logistics of creating intricate sculptural pieces while maintaining strict environmental and safety standards. We worked closely with artists and engineers to prepare for potential challenges in a constantly changing outdoor environment.
