Chris, founder of Faulds Creativeworks, studied Fine Art, specialising in Sculpture and Installation, before completing a master’s degree in Design for Performance. After several years working across theatre and dance, he finally found his home in the creative production side of live events. As the Managing & Creative director he leads the senior team while ensuring the finer details bring each project to life. Favourite project? Joyride — launching a clay replica car off a 10-metre ramp!

Once she had graduated from Graphic Design at UWE, Jodi quickly realised she was interested in more immersive projects that went beyond the screen. Volunteering on the Green Man decor team brought her to FCw. Now Studio Manager, Jodi runs the studio and oversees all of the design elements, where she enjoys the variety in her work. Favourite project? Noisily — creating a stage that mirrored its forest surroundings. 

Georgie initially studied Zoology before making the leap into live events. She has worked across festivals, light trails and parades in production and coordination roles. Now Executive Coordinator at FCW, she supports Chris and the senior team, coordinating staff, suppliers and logistics to keep the company and its projects organised and moving behind the scenes. Favourite project? Mighty Hoopla — creating diverse queer spaces and developing content that celebrates queer culture.

After studying architecture at Anna University in India, Sarvesh worked at an architectural practice in Bengaluru, primarily on residential projects. He then moved to the UK to study his Part 2 before joining FCw as our Design Technician. He brings his wealth of architectural experience to technical drawings and 3D modelling, helping turn ideas into accurate designs ready for fabrication and installation. Favourite project? Brockwell Live — where there was plenty of creative scope, and an enjoyable design process.

Before joining our team as the Workshop Manager, Tim ran his own construction company for over 25 years. After stumbling into live events, he quickly fell in love with the community and variety of work. Tim keeps our workshop running smoothly, making sure the equipment is maintained and the crew have what they need. Tim is also one of our experienced plant operators while on site.  Favourite project? Green Man — his favourite place in the world!

Sam’s career started with an aircraft apprenticeship before he transitioned into mechanical engineering. As Construction Manager at FCw, he oversees all fabrication during the busy season, liaising with designers and managing the team. Favourite project? Creating and installing The Bump at Mighty Hoopla — blending his signature industrial and creative style.

Gemma started volunteering at festivals at 17yrs  before studying Fine Art at UWE and moving into scenic work. Since then, she’s worked across festivals and events and as our Scenic Lead, Gemma takes care of the finishing touches, from painting and textures to glazing and spraying. Favourite project? Green Man — it's beautiful setting makes it hard to beat.

Geena’s creative background spans new media, TV and film, festivals, and prop building, from designing tourable light installations, to building shepherd huts and converting vans. As Head of Textiles, Geena leads all things fabric based, from flags and bunting to stage designs. Favourite project? Green Man - where she’s worked with Chris and the team for nearly half a decade, and recently started creating visuals for the Far Out Stage.

Twigs is our studio mascot, always bringing a smile to the team and adding a little bit of fun to the day-to-day. A true team player in every sense! Favourite treat? Sausages
