Chris, founder of Faulds Creativeworks, began with visual art before moving into design for performance, drawn by a fascination with how objects, environments, and people interact. After several years in the performing arts, he finally found his home in live events. He now leads the core team, overseeing operations while ensuring the finer details bring each project to life. Favourite project? Joyride—launching a clay car off a 10-metre ramp!

After studying Graphic Design at UWE, Jodi quickly realised she was drawn to more immersive projects that went beyond the screen. Volunteering on the Green Man decor team brought her to FCW. Now Studio Manager, Jodi oversees both design and studio operations, enjoying the variety in her role. Favourite project? Noisily—creating a stage that mirrored its forest surroundings.

Sophie works closely with the design team, transforming creative concepts into technical drawings and visualisations. Her expertise in design technology and architecture brings every idea to life with precision and clarity.

Tim manages our workshop operations, With a sharp eye for detail, he makes sure every tool, machine and consumable is ready for action.

Sam’s career started with an aircraft apprenticeship before he transitioned into mechanical engineering. Now Construction Manager at Faulds Creativeworks, he oversees all fabrication during the busy season, liaising with designers and managing the team. Favourite project? Fabricating and installing The Bump at Mighty Hoopla, blending his signature industrial and creative style.

Gemma is responsible for leading the artistic and technical direction of scenic painting and surface finishes across a project. Her vast experience in the events industry ensures the work is not only artistically compelling but also cohesive, timely and practical for the live environment.

Twigs is our studio mascot, always bringing a smile to the team and adding a little bit of fun to the day-to-day. A true team player in every sense!

Teddie manages the day-to-day logistics of our projects, coordinating schedules, materials, and resources. Her ability to handle complex workflows keeps the production process seamless.
